Andrea Hoey is the Associate Provost for Budget and Financial Analysis. In this role, she assists the Vice Provost and Executive Associate Provost with administration of the annual budget process, strategic financial planning, and monitoring the financial health of the campus.

Ms. Hoey’s duties include working on the development of multi-year funding models and analysis, annual budget allocations, tuition rate requests, and management of central campus resources. In addition, she serves the campus on various committees and as a primary budget liaison for academic and administrative units. Andrea has 20 years of higher-education financial experience and has worked at Illinois in budget and financial reporting at the College of Law and University Administration before joining our office. Andrea has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and an MS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
