  • It is recommended students transfer no later than sophomore year because students generally need to complete three more years of coursework after transfer.

Application Periods:

In general, students who audition for the Acting BFA may only enter Theatre in the fall semester.  Spring Semester starts are permitted in the other BFA degree options (Arts and Entertainment Technology, Theatre Studies, Stage Management, Scenic Technology, Lighting Design and Technology, Costume Design and Technology, Scenic Design). Theatre Department has auditions and portfolio reviews for prospective students on specific dates October-March ( Results must be available before the College will review student’s academic eligibility for admission.
