  • Completion of FSHN 101 or FSHN 120 or consent of Nutrition and Health advisor.
  • Students must meet with Susan Coppess prior to application.

Applications are due prior to the start of the early registration period for the subsequent term. In reviewing the applications, students’ academic history and professional interest are strongly considered.
