Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Completion of FSHN 140 or FSHN 145 or consent of Hospitality Management advisor.
- Documentation of 320 work hours in a food service if junior status.
- Students must meet with Jill Craft prior to application.
Applications are due prior to the start of the early registration period for the subsequent term. In reviewing the applications, students’ academic history and professional interest are strongly considered.
