Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Completion of FSHN 101 or consent of Food Science advisor.
  • Students must meet with Sihui Ma  prior to application.

Applications are due prior to the start of the early registration period for the subsequent term. In reviewing the applications, students’ academic history and professional interest are strongly considered.
