Eden Smothers

Eden Smothers is Project Manager in the Office of Online Learning, where she supports the development of strategic initiatives that advance equitable and accessible digital education. Her work includes helping shape policies and best practices to enhance the online student experience.

Before joining OOL, Eden was director of online graduate programs at the School of Labor and Employment Relations, gaining extensive experience in program coordination, instructional design, and support services for online students and faculty. She holds a BBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Texas State University.
