Bridget To is the Director of Chancellor/Provost Business Service Center. She oversees the operational and fiscal management of the Chancellor/Provost Business Service Center along with managing the annual operating budgets for select units, manages the transfer of campus commitments and other miscellaneous financial report.  She also assists in the annual deficit review for campus units.

Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Mrs. To had nearly eleven years of experience with University Accounting and Financial Reporting. She holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
