Anne Marshall is the Assistant Provost for Budget and Financial Analysis. In this role, she provides financial and analytical support in areas related to budget, finance, strategic planning, and resource allocation. She supports the annual budget process, financial planning, and management of central campus resources. Anne also serves on campus-appointed committees.

Prior to assuming this role in the Office of the Provost, Ms. Marshall gained more than 10 years of university experience in financial management and reporting, most recently as Associate Director of Budget Operations and Analysis. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Director of System Government Costing. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
