Anne Marshall is the Associate Director of Budget Operations and Analysis. She performs functions related to budget operations and maintenance for the University, reporting and analysis of the financial condition of campus units, and prepares tuition and miscellaneous revenue forecasts. Anne also serves on campus-appointed committees.

Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Ms. Marshall had nearly eight years of university experience in financial management and reporting, most recently as Assistant Director of System Government Costing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
