As Assistant Director for Academic Compliance & Reporting, Anna Mehl collaborates with administration, faculty and staff on matters related to internal and external compliance for academic programs. She works closely with the Executive Associate Provost for Academic Programs and with campus units to identify reporting requirements, manage compliance-related data collection and provide continuous support for compliance initiatives.

Anna came to the Office of the Provost from the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL) where she held leadership positions in the areas of online strategy, academic program management and lifelong learning. Prior to joining Illinois, she worked in the health care field and led community outreach, educational programs and marketing efforts. She holds a master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree from Millikin University.
