Teresa Spence is the Assistant to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Executive Associate Provost for Academic Programs and Policies. Her responsibilities include calendar and project management, as well as providing support for the Council of Undergraduate Deans and Teaching Advancement Board.

Melissa Kisubika is the Student Success Initiative Project Manager who provides integral leadership in carrying out the projects and programs developed through the campus-wide Student Success Initiative. She manages all functions related to the implementation of projects associated with the initiative and works with units across campus.

Brooke Newell is the Director for Educational Programs and supports constituents from across campus with the development and delivery of academic programs. In addition, she advises academic units on the interpretations of and compliance with University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, University of Illinois System, Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE), and Higher Learning Commission (HLC) policies and guidelines as they relate to the creation and revision of academic programs and courses. She works closely with department- and college-level sponsors, the Academic Senate, and units supporting academic affairs functions.

As the Assistant Director of General Education Assessment, Hannah Choi facilitates the learning outcomes assessment process for the university’s General Education Program. She collaborates with the General Education Assessment Committee to provide strategies and guidance for the program assessment as well as support for compliance initiatives for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
