Andrea Hoey is the Associate Provost for Budget and Financial Analysis. In this role, she assists the Vice Provost and Executive Associate Provost with administration of the annual budget process, strategic financial planning, and monitoring the financial health of the campus.

Associate Provost and Director of the Division of Management Information (DMI) Amy Edwards leads the team that provides data and information that allows administrative leaders to make thoughtful and data-driven decisions. She is responsible for managing DMI with the goal of assisting campus administrators, faculty, and staff in obtaining timely, accurate, and appropriate information from the university’s administrative databases.

Jessica Maring assists in the day-to-day operations and implementation of policies and procedures for the business operations for Office of the Provost, Office of the Chancellor, and units that report to both administrative offices. She also provides secondary support for the Associate Chancellor and Vice Provost for Budget and Resource Planning as well as the Executive Associate Provost for Budget and Resource Planning.

Jamie Hackett is the Assistant Provost and Director of Budget Operations. She directs and coordinates the detailed budget preparation and consolidation of operating budget for the university, oversees the budget development process, forecasts tuition and various miscellaneous revenues, coordinates the tuition requests for the Board of Trustees, and oversees and executes ICR policy changes and distributions. Jamie also serves on campus-appointed committees.

Julie Wieland oversees the fiscal management of business operations for the Office of the Provost, Office of the Chancellor, and units that report to both administrative offices.

Xiaobei Chen is the Assistant Provost and Director of Data and Analytics. She oversees and directs comprehensive data-driven activities and programs to support and enhance the budget and financial analysis functions of the Office of the Vice Provost/Associate Chancellor for Budget and Resource Planning.

Barbara Geissler’s work focuses on creating and implementing a comprehensive educational initiative which supports and enhances the knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities of those charged with budgeting, accounting, and financial planning for campus units.

As the Assistant Provost for Capital Planning, Brian Bundren is responsible for strategically planning, stewarding, and managing the physical resource needs of campus in collaboration with academic and administrative units, reporting to the Associate Chancellor/Vice Provost for Budget and Resource Planning.

Jennifer Dalton is an Account Technician II in the Office of the Provost Shared Business Service area. Her primary responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day transactions associated with P-Card, TEM/T-Card, Purchase Orders, and Equipment Management.

Anne Marshall is the Associate Director of Budget Operations and Analysis. She performs functions related to budget operations and maintenance for the University, reporting and analysis of the financial condition of campus units, and prepares tuition and miscellaneous revenue forecasts. Anne also serves on campus-appointed committees.
