Qualifications

The Building Pathways program is most appropriate for emerging leaders (senior associate professors or newly-promoted full professors) who have an interest in exploring leadership and administrative roles. Faculty members do not have to be in an administrative or titled position to participate, but may have served as leaders in the department, college, or campus through committee assignments or other similar activities.

Nominations

Each year, the Office of the Provost solicits nominations from colleges to identify distinguished faculty members to participate in the program. Approximately 12 are selected to form a cohort of Building Pathways Fellows.
