October – Campus planning guidelines developed.
November/December – Units develop annual reports, hiring plan, budget requests.
January/March – Individual admin unit budget meetings with the Administrative Budget Committee, and individual collect budget meetings led by the Provost.
May/June – Provost updates Senate budget committee.
July/August – Campus allocates funds to units and college leadership reconciles requests with allocation.
During the entire process, guidance is provided to the Provost from the Council of Deans and Campus Budget Oversight Committee
