Kim Green serves as the campus-level resource for supporting efforts to nominate faculty for the national and international awards that recognize world-class researchers and scholars.
Vicky Gress provides budget planning and allocation budget advice to the vice provost for budget and resource planning. She provides high-level leadership of the campus budget office, including oversight of daily functions and management of staff.

Suzanne Rinehart is the Director of the OBFS Budget and Financial Analysis and Assistant Provost for Budget & Resource Planning. Her office supports the Provost Office and campus units with the following: budget development management, campus-level budget preparation and the Budget Summary for Operations, allocation of tuition distribution, various financial condition and reporting analyses, income fund and tuition/fee projections and analysis, deficit monitoring and analysis, indirect cost recovery (ICR) reporting and analysis, campus fund reconciliations, budget transfer processing, managing internal loan arrangements and serving on campus appointed committees. Suzanne holds a B. S. in Accounting and an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
