Faculty Women of Color in the Academy National Conference

Overview

The Faculty Women of Color in the Academy National Conference (FWCA) offers women of color who are faculty, university administrators, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students a unique educational and professional opportunity to network, engage, and learn with peers from around the country. The two-day conference features prominent women of color scholars as keynote speakers, panelists, performers, and workshop facilitators. This conference is typically held annually in April in Virginia Tech University’s campus in Blacksburg, VA.
