Terry Ruprecht collaborates with colleges, departments, and Facilities and Services to structure conservation efforts and ensure that campus energy use is reduced.  He holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Michigan.
